Playing European Blackjack at Las Vegas USA Casino (Review)

As a casino that accepts Americans and offers European blackjack, I thought that Las Vegas USA Casino was worth reviewing. They’ve also been around for over 10 years, which in this day and age is another brownie point in their favor.

However, after spending a few minutes on their site I quickly realized that they are a carbon copy of Vegas Casino Online, another European blackjack site that I’ve reviewed. So if you’ve already read that review, or have played there, save yourself a couple of minutes and skip this review. You won’t learn anything new.

For everyone else, please take a couple of minutes to read my review below to see if Las Vegas USA Casino is worth signing up to for your European blackjack needs.

Once I opened up the browser version of the software to test the game, the first thing that I noticed is that the graphics and game is identical to Vegas Casino Online. What I mentioned in that review is that the design is outdated and the graphics are a little rough around the edges. That’s the case here, too.

However, the game works just fine. The cards are dealt quickly, making it possible to do 100+ hands per hour.

The table limits are the same too —  $1 is the minimum and the maximum is $500. The chip denominations are 1, 5, 25, 100 and 500.

The payouts and rules are:

  • Blackjack pays 3:2
  • Insurance pays 2:1
  • Dealer stands on soft 17
  • You can only double down on 9, 10 and 11
  • Only one card is dealt on split aces

The payouts and rules are on par with other casinos offering European blackjack.

Despite not caring for the way the software looks, the one thing I do like is that the browser version opens in the same window. Most casinos’ browser software opens in a completely new window. This doesn’t. The navigation at the top of the screen is convenient, too. You can quickly access any of other casino games with a click of your mouse.

Other Games at LasVegasUSA.eu

There are over 120 games at LasVegasUSA.eu. Here is a glimpse of what’s available:

  • Table Games – Caribbean stud poker, face up 21, pai gow poker, pontoon, tri-card poker and war.
  • Video Poker – Deuces wild, double double jackpot poker, jacks or better, double bonus poker and bonus deuces wild.
  • Slots – Classic, video, 3 and 5-reel and progressives. Progressive jackpots range from a couple hundred to millions of dollars.

Most, if not all of the games are available in the browser version. This isn’t the case with other casinos; most offer a fraction of their games in their browser version, with the entire library in the full download. But I prefer to have as many games in the browser version as possible since that keeps me from having to download large files from each casino I have an account at.

Las Vegas USA Promotions

There are a few promotions worth checking out at Las Vegas USA. Here are the details for the 3 that stood out the most to me.

Welcome Bonus

There are two options for the welcome bonus:

  • The first option is to receive a 125% bonus if you deposit any amount between $20 and $100.
  • The second option is to deposit anywhere between $101 and $100k and receive $125 free on the first $100, and then an additional 25% on the remaining deposit. For example, if you deposited $500, you’d receive $125 for the first $100, and then 25% of the remaining $400 ($100) for a total of $225 in bonus money.

In order to cash out your winnings you’ll need to wager 30 or 50 times the deposit bonus. Your rollover will depend on the games you choose to play.

However, if you choose to European blackjack, know that your wagers will not count towards completing your bonus, nor will other games like blackjack, craps or baccarat. If you plan on taking advantage of the bonus you’ll want to be sure to read Las Vegas USA’s terms and conditions first.

$50 Refer-a-Friend Bonus

If you refer a friend to Las Vegas USA and they deposit $50 or more, you can receive $20 free. Your $20 bonus will need to be rolled over 40 times. You can send as many friends as you want.

VIP Loyalty Program

Every real money wager you make will earn you comp points which can be turned into cash. The number of comp points you redeem the previous month will determine your bonus. This is what the levels look like:

  • I – $200-$499 comp points – $25 bonus
  • II – $500-$999 comp points – $50 bonus
  • III – $1k or more comp points – $75 bonus

Players’ names are also drawn at random each month for an additional $50 bonus. $1,000 weekly bonuses are also awarded to 10 random players ($100 each).

Banking Options

Your deposit options include:

  • Visa/MasterCard
  • ClickandBuy
  • Instadebit
  • MST GiftCards
  • NETeller
  • Money Order

For withdrawals you can use:

  • Check via Mail
  • Check via Courier
  • ACH / Direct Deposit
  • Money Order
  • NETeller

There are no fees to make a deposit or withdrawal at Las Vegas USA.

Support

Support is available 24/7/365 via live chat, email or phone.

Conclusion

Las Vegas USA Casino is identical to Vegas Casino Online. So, my thoughts and feelings are identical. You can’t clear your bonus playing blackjack and the graphics are a little rough. Both are downsides since they play major roles in your overall experience at the casino.

That said, Las Vegas USA isn’t a bad room by any means, especially since they accept US players and have a reasonable number of banking methods. So my opinion is that if you already have an account at Bovada, that Las Vegas USA (or even Vegas Casino Online) is a reasonable backup casino for your European blackjack needs.
